My passion for travelling was ignited in 2006 when I spent 8 months in South America.
I started out my working life as a Product Designer, but I soon got bored of life working inside in an office, so I gave that up in 2013. Then I started working as a Tour Leader, Driver and Mechanic for Dragoman Overland Travel.
This job has allowed me to indulge in my hobbies of travel, photography and witnessing some of the greatest wildlife spectacles first hand.
In the last 4 years I have driven all over the world. From Suffolk to Beijing and back again. From Mexico City all the way down Panama. From Quito, down the Andes, to Ushuaia with a loop across to Rio de Janeiro and back to Cusco across the Amazon Rainforest. And from Zimbabwe up through East and North Africa to Cairo. Along the way I have got myself into (and out of!) some interesting situations!
When I am not driving an Overland Truck around the world I am normally driving around the UK and Europe in my own Campervan, Flo.
I love camping, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, swimming, snowboarding, basically anything as long as it is outdoors!
